Returns and refunds 

We have a 28 day return policy 
 

Returning plants bought from the garden centre.

All returns or refund requests must be made by email or telephone.

For biosecurity reasons we don’t accept returns of plant material to the garden centre, unless we’ve previously agreed this with you. 

Please do NOT bring plant material to the nursery shop unless we’ve agreed this with you. 

If you’re unhappy with your purchase from the garden centre, please get in touch by phone or email describing:

  • Why you wish to return the plant.

  • When the plant was bought

  • How it was paid for e.g. cash, card or gift voucher

  • Whether you have the receipt

  • A photo of the plant with its’ stick in label.

We will then advise you as to what we will do and what you need to do.  

As plants are classed as perishable goods in the Consumer Rights Act 2015,  the usual 14 day cooling off period does not apply. We will not refund or replace plants bought in the shop because you have changed your mind.  

Your other statutory consumer rights are not affected
